KCDEE offers services to eligible job seekers based on individualized plans. Job search, employment retention activities, and skill enhancement services are provided so businesses have a world-class talent pool. KCDEE provides workshops and soft skills training to meet your needs.
We offer services to eligible youth between the ages of 16 and 21 who face significant barriers to employment. These services include work experience, on-the-job training, access to GED preparation, and career exploration activities.
